Haulfryn Log Cabin
This is a great log cabin if you and your party are looking for ski lodge style accommodation.
The cabin sleeps up to 6 guests in a double bed, a double futon bed in the living area and a set of bunk beds (note that all of our bunk beds are full sized single beds and are suitable for adults) but it is ideal for a couple to have a weekend break too.

This cabin is in the top half of the Village and so looks out across the other cabins. From the cabin it is possible to see Cadair Idris (or Cader Idris if you prefer), Diffwys and most of the Rhinogydd range of mountains. This is a great cabin for watching the night sky and is accredited as part of the Snowdonia Dark Sky Reserve.

The log cabin is in a raised position looking out across the other cabins which is why it has such spectacular views.

"Haulfryn" means "sunny hill" in Welsh and it is in a very sunny spot. This log cabin is well placed to get the sun all day.
The parking space for this cabin is less than a minute walk away along a level gravel path. This means that this cabin is suitable for most guests.
The cabin is heated via underfloor heating, electric storage heaters and fan heaters. There is unlimited hot water from electric, over sink heaters and there is an electric shower. All electricity is included in the price.
We will supply bed linen for all beds booked and there are fleece blankets and hot water bottles for chillier nights or for using on the deck when guests sit to watch the stars.

There is a seating area and dining table on the heated, fairy lit veranda plus a table and chairs on the deck. For those wanting to BBQ there is another table and BBQ set in a sheltered area at the side of the cabin.
The cabin has a well equipped kitchen with full sized stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge.
Haulfryn is great for families, couples, small groups. Haulfryn is especially popular with couples for short breaks, proposal stays and honeymoons. It has its regular guests who come back time and time again.
This cabin has a smaller TV and a DVD player. The cabin has WiFi.
Haulfryn is a pet friendly log cabin and accepts up to 2 dogs. Please note that there are no gates on the deck.
This cabin is about 2 minutes walk (at the most) from Caban Eryri and Ty Coed (less than 5 minutes from Pine Tree Lodge) so ideal if your party needs to rent several cabins.
