Cadair View Lodge Pet Friendly Accommodation

A warm welcome to all 4 (and 3 legged) furry friends looking to bring their families on holiday to Snowdonia.

I'm sure that like all doggies out there that you HATE being left behind when your humans are out there having fun... well this is one trip that you'll be as welcome as everybody else.

At Cadair View Lodge we have self catering log cabins where up to 2 doggies can stay with their families. And it's not just dogs that we have to stay, we can remember having cats, bunnies and even a guinea pig (we just as that these pets are housed in cages and are left in cages when guests go out).

At the moment we have 8 pet friendly log cabins! Dan yr Ser is the only cabin where pets are NOT ALLOWED.

We can accept 2 dogs per cabin. Sorry this isn't our rule it's that of the Village management.
There is a £5 per pet per night charge.
All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times around the Village. There is a 3.5 acre enclosed dog walking area on site where dogs can be let off their leads. It has a formal path for doggy’s human friends to walk on and keep their feet dry whilst dogs have fun.
Dogs coming to stay get their own welcome letter with details of what to pack, some doggy biscuit treats and some poo bags (and usually a spare ball). There are bowls in the cabins too.
Please be good dogs and stay off the furniture and out of the beds… and dogs mustn’t be left “home alone”. It’s your holiday too so insist on being taken out every time.

Caban Eryri

This cabin is great for dogs who get tired after long walks. It’s right next to the car parking space. It has a nice sunny deck for snoozing on. There is space in the kitchen for a dog crate and there’s a gate on the deck too.

Caban Eryri Pet Friendly Log Cabin in Snowdonia

Haulfryn

Another cabin with a big deck - but no gate! This cabin has a veranda where us doggies can dry out paws inside before coming in to lie on the under floor heated living room and kitchen floors. There is space for a dog crate on the veranda. There is no gate on the deck so not good for dogs who like to wander.

Pine Tree Lodge

Another cabin with a big deck - but no gate! This cabin has a veranda where us doggies can dry their paws before coming inside. There is no gate on the deck so not good for dogs who like to wander.

This cabin is just across the path from the 3.5 acre, enclosed dog walking area.

Gwel y Cwm

Gwel y Cwm log cabin is at the far end of the Village from the dog walk area. It has a gated deck and its own private garden (not escape proof). The cabin has parking alongside and to the side of the cabin is a slope suitable for those (human or canine) who struggle with steps.

Caban Antur

Caban Antur log cabin is also at the far end of the Village from the dog walk area. It has a gated deck but no private garden. This cabin has a small veranda / entrance area which is great for drying dogs off after a wet walk.

Hedd Wyn (previously Awyr Las)

Hedd Wyn log cabin is in the middle of the Village, just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the dog walk area. It has a very large, gated deck but no private garden.

Hafan Dawel

Hafan Dawel log cabin is in the lower portion of the Village and 3 or 4minutes walk from the dog walk area. It has a gated deck and it's own garden (not secure).

Rhinog Fawr log cabin is in the lower portion of the Village and 4 to 5 minutes walk from the dog walk area. It has a gated deck and it's own garden (not secure). This is a 3 bed roomed cabin
