Bala, Gwynedd is one of our local towns. Lots of our guests pass through here on their way too and from us. Most people know it for the Lake. Officially Llyn Tegid but most call it Bala Lake.

There is parking along the main street and in a big car park behind Co-op (Pay and Display) plus a big Pay and Display car park on the lake side.

Bala is about 20 minutes drive from our accommodation in the Trawsfynydd area and can be included in a circular drive from us via FronGoch, to Bala, to Dolgellau and then back to Trawsfynydd.
