Doing the Little Things

“Gwnewch y pethau bychain” or “Do the little things” was a favourite phrase of our patron saint, St David - some historians claim they were his last words when he died on 1 March 589 AD. He believed that the people of Wales should pay attention to the small things that often make a big difference. Here at our cabins we try to do a few little things that he would approve of. A little gift voucher for Siop Glyndwr in Trawsfynydd, our wonderfully well-stocked village store. A little bar of luxury handmade soap from The Soap Mine in Beddgelert. Our new little Welsh blanket welcome baskets from Ruby Gingham in Harlech. And our not-so-little 'Shop Local' Facebook group, so you can discover some lovely little things of your own and support our local small businesses.
