Are you doing the #30DaysWild challange from The Wildlife Trust?
One of the challenges talks about hugging a tree! Down in Coed y Brenin forest just south of Cadair View Lodge Accommodation there are some pretty big trees for you to try to hug! Take the Kings Champion Trail or the Kings Guard Trail (both accessible and about half a mile long) to see the biggest trees in the forest! According to this website some are nearly 60m high and 3.5m around! We'd love to see some photos of you trying to hug them.
Find the trails HERE The car park is free and there are toilets there too. The Tyn y Groes picnic area makes a good base for free day out!
